This photograph of Smt. Sabitry Chattopadhyay was taken during the shooting of her debut film "Paasher Bari". My grandfather Late Sri Arun Chowdhury being the writer/director of the film brought a copy home and we chanced upon this 2 days back while searching for my late grandmother's photo who passed away recently. During the making no one in the unit thought this film will set a trend of similar story lines but it did, especially after the producer sold the film to legendary comedian Mehmud who made this first into a Telugu film titled "Padosan" and later on in Hindi keeping the same title. Such is Life, nobody can tell where will our deeds take us....where would we end up....
